Well, I was gonna go up to Council Crest and head North on the Wildwood... but my feet and legs were wet before I even turned off of Scholls Ferry Rd. to head up Patton (on foot). I turned around at Patton and headed home to get dry. This is only on here because the slush and snow/ice, as well as the pack, made it more than a normal surface road walk.

Began hike @ the Issaquah H.S. trail head. Greeted w/ steady rain which turned to snow @ around 1000'. Snowed off and on as I took the Poo Poo Point Trail and then the One View Trail up to the 15 mile gap. Came down the same way went up.

Now working 2.5 days a week & today was a 2.5th day so I got time for a short hike. The trail is partly shielded from east wind so it was OK until almost the top. At the very top, wind gusts were crazy - I had to kneel down behind the rock 'cause it was impossible to stand! It was towards 80-90mph since I know can stand at 70mph wind.
