Needing to condition for St Helen's in two weeks, we headed out for Nesmith Point. We were able to see St. Helen's to the north but the west end of the gorge was clouded over. It was a nice hike for a Saturday it was not very crowded.

I woke up this morning with the intention of hiking Silver Star via Grouse Vista Trail, but I couldn't see the summit because of cloud cover. I decided to go do the Cape Horn Loop.
