Thanks for words of encouragement, Mike! This 4-mile stretch of trail is one of my favorites on east side, I like to think I "adopted" it but actually my work there is hardly 1/4 or 1/5th of all maintenance by unknown volunteers. Makes me appreciate how much work is going into thousands (?) of miles of trails every year.

Actually, I am pretty sure Portlandhikers' mtnhiker56 is one of the most active trail volunteers there.
