13 miles of hiking • 4000' elevation gain •
Finally made it up to the top of Table Mountain. Started at the Dick Thomas trailhead and took the West Trail up to the top, then came down the North side. We eventually hit the PCT and then bushwhacked are way up to the top of the mountain behind table, which has an elevation of 3,553 ft (name?). Came back down and then followed the PCT back to the Dick Thomas trail.

I can't believe I didn't run into you guys. I got to the powerlines around 4p, so I guess you were already home by then :)
@Eric - Thanks for the info, I figured there had to be a name for it somewhere. And yes, this felt so much nicer than the Triple D, especially on the knees :)
@Chris - Yeah we got back to the parking lot around 3:45.

I think it's called one of the Birkenfields named by Don Nelson over on PDX Hikers. Nice hike, probably felt normal after doing your mega 10,000' triple D the other day, heh. :)
