Started at White Pass on the PCT. Headed south into Goat Rocks Wilderness and stopped just before Hell Lake. Met only PCT hikers here, and talked for about 25 minutes. They didn't have trail names! Then headed north into William O. Douglass Wilderness. We didn't go as far as wanted as I must have had food poisoning from very meal the night before, in Packwood WA. There were at least six PCT thru-hikers at nearby White Pass food area as their backpacks were outside! We didn't go in to meet them as I wasn't feeling well. :(
Corrected elevation per Topofusion.

Roman - Yeah, unfortunately, this hike felt more like a death march! We had originally planned on going about 10 miles, but didn't know there were any views in Goat Rocks that were close to the wilderness boundary. It probably wouldn't have made any difference as it was a bit foggy with some very intermittent rain. I really appreciate you letting me know as now I can plan on visiting this area of the PCT in Goat Rocks! The pictures from nwhiker really wet my appetite for being there!

Too bad you didn't feel well. How far did you plan to go on this hike? ~2 miles past Hell Lake on the PCT is very scenic alpine area, along barren side of Hogsback Mtn and to Shoe Lake. http://www.nwhiker.com/GPNFHike10.html
