Courtney Basik went hiking May 13, 2013 5 miles 1,000 feet gained
Since we loved Beaver Mountain so much when we went in September of 2012, we took Jessica there when she came to visit. I felt like a power hiker with a baby strapped to my chest for the first half of the hike. We saw elk, deer, wild turkey, and quail. We had to track through a bit of snow too, which we were not expecting.
