10 miles of hiking • 3750' elevation gain •
Finally made it to the top of Nesmith Point. Still needed snow shoes starting after the second saddle at 2800', but the snow is finally receeding. Micro spikes would have been ok as well. Saw 9 other people on the way down and chatted with a few. I think one of the couples I talked to are also on Went Hiking since he mentioned he tried NP on this past Wednesday...

Congrats on the hike. My girlfriend and I were one of the couples you talked to on the way down. We made it to the top as well.
Found out that I actually made it on Wednesday and I didn't even know it lol. A lot better views yesterday that's for sure.

Forgot to mention I started at 7am got to the Point just before 10am and got back to the car at Noon...
