Cruising on the Vernonia-Banks Trail

Gorgeous day for a run on Vernonia-Banks. Headed uphill from Manning to Tophill in the morning fog, then back down the hill to Manning in gorgeous sunshine. Had visions of bacon cheeseburgers as we passed by pasture full of cows, pigs, and chickens. Checked out the train trestles at Tophill and Buxton on the way back to Manning. Then added an extra few miles by heading towards Banks before turning around to get back to the TH.
