My sixth time around and still rivers take a lot of time and thought. This is the first time I didn't have a family member with me, rather two friends. We worked together and had a great time.
My husband joined us for the first very short 1.5 mile hike so we could get Milky Way shots and were able to see the Starlink Satellites.
