struck out at a couple other nearby trails. this has become a good quick standby.

had planned on Saddle Mt for the day, but some freshly fallen trees blocked the road up. Ended up with ample adventure here. Much of the trails are deep under the marshy waters, so spent 4-5 miles off trail, following the ridge until we got to the shipwreck road. Bumped into a pair of elk deep in the woods and spent a great deal of time admiring them, they were incredible.
