Oh yes, I remember the last time I backpacked Marmot Pass. My boyfriend and I had made camp up high, not near any water. As we settled in for the night, ready to go to bed, my dog decided to find a pile of human poo than had not been buried, and roll in it. Not wanting to leave her outside by herself, I used the last of my water to wash her off the best I could. We had to hike to water the next morning. Fun times.
