Wow awesome hike! Been wanting to do this entire trail as a backpack, but have only managed it in pieces.

Jeremiah, I think this loop would be a fantastic backpacking trip in late August or September. It was really buggy this weekend, but the bugs should subside by then. Also, there were lots of salmonberry and huckleberry bushes starting to form fruit. Should be some good trail eats later in the year.
