On the way up for lap 1 through the 'corn' Lap 1 through the 'corn' Early morning on lap 1 getting closer to the top, was nice and cool and windy Not to the top of lap 1 yet... Almost to tot he top of lap 1, you can do it Eric :), I look beat already... Lap 1 complete! Nice and cool and windy, almost chilly... Sun rays, made it to the top of lap 1 in 1 hour and 25 minutes... Back down to the refuelling stations after lap 1... Getting set for lap 2... First junction of lap 2, went to the 'less steep' for laps 2 and 4, I'm so tired I'm blury! Another sun ray shot by Mayhem... Another landscape shot by Mayhem on the way up to the toop of lap 2... Celebrating something, maybe coming out of some 'corn' on lap 2 ascent... There's Justin, Mayhem always seemed to be way ahead and I was way behind, heh... Me being way behnd again, BTW, flowers are still out but fading fast flower people :) Some sort of junction signage... Lap deuce complete, a few deuce jokes right about now... Heading down from lap 2... Lot's getting full, saw lot's of normal hikers just out enjoying Dog MT. and the flowers, while we were being crazy in da heads... A train went by so Mayhem wanted to document it... Getting psyched for the start of lap 3... Eric doggin' it right before getting around the final bend for the top of lap3, that was a nice soft shady spot... More and more normal sane hikers enjoying the Dog summit... The 3 shot, lap III in the books baby :) Scenery really helped for this craziness! Mayhem and Justin beating me to the cars again :) At this point Justin had to go so it was left to Mayhem and I to complete the quad Dog challenge... Lap IV starting... Umm... Way way behind on lap4... Lap 4 done Helicopter!! Over here, we need down!!! The famous 'Thank God Junction', means that first 800' or so of hot rocky climb is over, Justin's favorite part of Dog MT. too... Mayhem's dogs might be on fire! I finally made it down from lap 4, the end :)
